San Dimas Little League Families,

Like us, I'm sure all of you have been monitoring the next storm wondering how it might impact our Opening Day plans. As of right now, we have been given approval to conduct Opening Ceremonies as scheduled. That said, this is a very fluid situation that is subject to change, so please pay attention to your emails for further updates as the week progresses.

Opening Day Ceremonies are scheduled for this Saturday from 8:00am to 9:00am on the Major field, with games scheduled to start at approximately 9:30. Please have your players to the field 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony so they are able to join their team beyond the outfield fence in preparation for their introductions.

Our goal is to have a normal Opening Day, but safety will be our top priority. The conditions likely won’t be the best, but we won’t know exactly what we’re up against until it gets a little closer. Should forecasts change and the weather pattern doesn’t look likely to allow for any activity, or if we experience any lightning, we will postpone all of the days events.
